Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery service, destination, product availability and the time your order is placed.

For UK deliveries, delivery will normally take the estimated number of working days displayed for the service you choose at checkout. Those estimates come from the shipping methods configured in Admin and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed delivery service is explicitly offered.

Weekends and UK public holidays may affect estimated delivery dates. Processing time and courier transit time are separate: an order is prepared after payment, then handed to the selected delivery service.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the applicable shipping rules and are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Where SHOPSYDE offers free UK delivery above a qualifying order value, the current threshold is £50.00. This threshold is maintained in Store Settings and is the value used at checkout.

Additional delivery charges may apply to certain delivery services where that service is selected at checkout. Please check the charge shown for the method you choose before placing your order.

Orders are normally processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing time can vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, public holidays and other operational circumstances. Processing time is separate from the courier delivery estimate shown at checkout.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will provide appropriate information where reasonably possible.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after your order has been dispatched.

If you have a SHOPSYDE account, you can review your orders from My Account → Orders. Guest customers should use the tracking details supplied in the dispatch communication where available.

Tracking availability depends on the delivery service used for your order. Do not use a tracking page that was not provided for your specific shipment.

SHOPSYDE currently delivers to the United Kingdom.

Available delivery destinations depend on the shipping configuration for the relevant product and checkout. Checkout currently accepts United Kingdom addresses only.

Some remote areas, offshore locations or restricted destinations may have different delivery times or charges where a suitable method is still available at checkout. If a destination does not appear during checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently available.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may provide instructions for rearranging delivery, collection or further action.

Where a parcel is returned to SHOPSYDE because delivery could not be completed, we may contact you to confirm the next steps.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. Additional delivery charges may apply where the failure is caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information, subject to applicable law and our policies.

If you need to change delivery information or cancel an order, please contact SHOPSYDE as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment.

Where changes are possible, they will be handled according to the order status and applicable policy.

SHOPSYDE's currently available delivery destinations are shown during checkout. At present, checkout is configured for the United Kingdom only.

If a destination does not appear during checkout, shipping to that destination is not currently available. We do not offer worldwide delivery.

If international shipping is enabled in future, applicable delivery costs, estimated times and any relevant import or tax considerations would be presented at checkout where appropriate. SHOPSYDE does not currently collect or display international customs charges because international checkout is not enabled.

Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, seasonal promotions, public holidays and periods of unusually high order volume.

Courier disruption, severe weather and other events outside our reasonable control may also affect delivery times.

We recommend allowing additional time when ordering during peak periods. Delivery estimates remain subject to the timescales shown at checkout for the service you select.
